The brisket weighed in at 13 lbs and the pork shoulder somewhere north of 10. I rubbed it last night in an admixture of salt, pepper, voodoo, pixie dust and Higgs-Boson particles.
Tonight it goes on the smoker….



I almost never write remarks, however i did some searching and wound up here Prior to Rubbing My Meat Burnaby Burn. And I do have 2 questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be simply me or does it look as if like some of these comments come across as if they are coming from brain dead visitors?
